본 연구에서는 공동주택의 잔향시간 실태와 특성에 대한 세부적인 검토를 위해 입주 전·후 공동주택의 거실과 침실 등을 대상으로 잔향시간을 측정·분석하여 그 특성에 대하여 고찰 하였다. 또, 비교적 체적이 작은 공동주택에서 음원이 잔향시간 측정에 미치는영향에 대하여 검토하였으며, 주거공간의 특성에 따른잔향시간 및 흡음력이 차음성능 평가 시 보정되는 정도를 고찰하였다. |

This paper concentrated on the measurement and evaluation of reverberation time in residential buildings.Measurements were conducted in a total of 44 rooms (36 rooms were in occupied houses and 8 rooms were in unoc-cupied houses) according to KS F 2864 (ISO 3382) and the results of several factors were analyzed. The resultsshowed that the averaged reverberation times of the occupied and the unoccupied houses were about 0.3~0.5sec and1.2~1.5sec, respectively, at 500Hz octave band frequency. The reverberation times generally depended on the fre-quency; the lower the frequency, the higher the reverberation time. In addition, we verified that the reverberation timewhich measured by integrated impulse response method was larger than that by interrupted noise method. And thecorrection values using the measured reverberation times for evaluating of sound insulation in terms of normalized andstandardized level difference were compared. |
