The results show that most of specimen were stabilized before 2 hours at dynamic stiffness measurement and constant characteristics were sustained at the materials of polyethylene and polyester regardless of loading time. Dynamic properties were influenced by density, thickness and design shaft of materials, and the relationship between the dynamic stiffness and the loss factor was not found.
