도시공간에서 주거지는 문화적, 사회적 측면을 포괄하는 거주자의 생활양식을 담는 물리적 공간으로서, 합리적인 생활권 설정이 주거지 계획의 가장 기본적인 단계라고 할 수 있다. 최근 삶의 질 향상으로 거주자의 생활양식이 변화됨에 따라 생활권 계획개념의 변화가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 주거지 계획에 적용된 생활권 개념과 공간구성을 분석하여 향후 바람직한 생활권 계획개념 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 생활권 개념이 구체적으로 나타나는 주거지 사례를 선정하여 생활권 내의 학교, 근린공원, 상업시설 등의 배치관계와 보행 및 녹도, 대중교통체계 등의 연결관계를 분석하고 현장답사를 통해 실제 공간이용현황을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 생활권시설 배치관계의 경우, 주거지 계획 초기에는 근린생활권 중심에 학교, 상업시설 등이 배치되었으나, 최근에는 주거지 중심의 생활가로를 따라 배치되었다. 생활권 연결관계의 경우, 도시차원의 생활권 계획이 이루어지면서 보행 및 녹도를 통해 인근생활권과 연계되었으며, 최근에는 대중교통중심의 생활권 계획이 적용되고 있다. 이는 폐쇄적이고 도시성이 결여된 생활권 계획에서 벗어나 생활권을 연계하고 확장하는 계획개념이 적용되고 있으며, 변화하는 대중교통시스템을 반영하여 생활권 계획이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 향후 바람직한 주거지의 생활권 계획방향은 개방적이고 상호 연계된 보행 및 대중교통중심의 계획방식이 적용되어야 하며, 이와 연계하여 생활권중심의 가로공간을 활성화하기 위한 다양한 계획기법이 필요하다. |

In an urban space, the neighborhood can be defined as a spatial scope that accommodates everyday life including cultural and social activities events, and thus establishing a reasonable Neighborhood boundary becomes the first step for a good residential planning. Recently, the transition of neighborhood planning concept is required resulting from improvement of life quality. This study proposes new planning technique for neighborhood for the future direction by analyzing the existing concepts and applied cases in Korean residential district. For the analysis, we chose the residential districts that show the neighborhood planning concepts and the structure of spaces, and analyzed how facilities such as schools, parks, and commercial facilities are placed and how pedestrian & green pedestrian passages and public transportation systems are connected. In particular, we identify the problems and seek the direction of neighborhood planning by investigating the residents' actual usage. The results show that facilities are placed in the center of neighborhood in the early stage of neighborhood planning, but recently they are sited along the street that is the center of neighborhood. Also, the neighborhood in urban residential district is connected via pedestrian circulation systems, and recently public transportation systems become a center of neighborhood. The findings indicate the changes from a neighborhood that is closed and lacks urbanism to a neighborhood that extends by connecting surrounding areas and recently reflects the changing public transportation systems. Therefore, the direction of the proposed neighborhood planning concepts is open and pedestrian-oriented in conjunction with public spaces such as public transportation stops and various planning techniques to connect and utilize the street spaces are needed. |
