국민 실생활과 지역경제 활성화에 가시적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 최근에는‘유비쿼터스도시의건설등에관한법률’이 제정되었다. 하지만 유비쿼터스 서비스 제공에 있어서 수요를 예측하기 어렵기 때문에 어떠한 서비스가 우선적으로 제공되어야 하는 지를 결정하는 것은 유비쿼터스 도시건설 사업의 성과를 판단할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사데이터를 이용하여 ‘x2검정’, ‘ t검정’을 통해 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 일반 시민들의 의식 특징을 분석하고, 유비쿼터스 서비스별 이용 의사에 따른 고려사항에 대한 차이 여부를 분석하였다. 그 결과 서비스별 이용 의사는 가구의 일반적인 특성, 주거 만족도, 유비쿼터스 주거단지에 대한 입주의사 및 선호도의 차이에 따라 유의하게 다름을 알 수 있었다. 다항 로짓모형을 적용하여 추정한 결과 서비스별 선택확률은 u-보건, u-교통, u-교육, u-방범·방재, u-문화, u-환경, u-물류, u-시설물관리, u-근로, u-기타서비스 순으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 지자체에서 유비쿼터스 서비스 제공의 우선순위 결정에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. |

The recent proposal of ‘Ubiquitous City Construction Act’ by the central government reflects a growing interest in ubiquitous services that may improve the everyday lives of citizens and the conditions of local economy. However, a difficulty remains in forecasting demands for ubiquitous services that are really wanted by their users. Setting priorities order in service provision should be considered as a key factor in successful realization of ubiquitous cities. This paper aims to analyze ubiquitous service demands and derives usage probability. To this aim, it conducts questionnaire surveys on the ways in which citizens conceive ubiquitous services. Key characteristics are derived based on chi-square independent test and t-test analyses in a way to identify factors that may affect the willingness of potential users to pay for the services. This leads to the conclusion that the willingness of users differ significantly according to the general property of households to which they belong, the degree of residence satisfaction, users’ preference in moving into ubiquitous residential housing. Factors affecting the choice of services are analysed by logistic regression analysis and usage probabilities by services are estimated by multi-nominal logit model. The usage probabilities by services can be listed as in the following order: u-health, u-traffic, u-education, u-prevention of crimes and disasters, uculture, u-environment, u-logistics, u-facility management, u-labor, u-other. The result of these analyses can be used for setting priorities of ubiquitous services in the local government. |
