본 연구는 주거단지에 적용 가능한 유비쿼터스 서비스에 관한 것으로서, 관련 전문가를 대상으로 실시한 현 기술단계에서 구현 가능한 서비스 기술에 관한 의식을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 국내 선행연구와 유비쿼터스 기반 주거단지에 제공된 U-서비스 사례를 검토하고, 최근 5년 간 이슈가 된 정보통신기술을 토대로 향후 3~5년 안에 제공될 수 있는 U-서비스를 추출하였다. 그리고, 주거단지의 건축계획적 분류를 통하여 해당 공간을 주거단지, 단위주동, 단위주호의 위계로 나누고, 각 공간별로 앞에서 추출한 U-서비스 기술을 체계화하여 설문문항으로 제시하였다. IT, 도시 및 건축, 법제, 컨설팅 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 의식조사를 실시한 결과, 공통적인 서비스요소들이 대상 공간의 특성에 따라 다양한 수준으로 적용함과 동시에, 외부로부터의 위험요소를 미연에 방지함과 아울러 생활의 편의를 제공해야 하는 복합적인 요구가 있음을 시사한다고 판단되었다. |

This study surveys and analyzes the attitude of professionals to the applicability of ubiquitous services to housing complexes, which could be implemented at the present stage of relevant technology. For this purpose, appropriate U-services are identified, and they can be provided within 3~5 years based upon such information and communication technologies as the issue for the late 5 years by examining the existing researches in Korea and the examples of U-service that have been supplied for U-based housing complex. And, a questionnaire is composed as those U-services are allocated to the appropriate spaces of housing complex, which are classified as 3-spatial level hierarchy of Housing complex, Unit building and Unit house. The attitude survey has been conducted with this questionnaire for the professionals in IT, urban design and architecture, legislation, consulting. And the analysis of this survey shows that common service elements should be applied at different levels according to the characteristics of target spaces. And this study suggests that a complex demands exist as to provide the residents with the convenience of living as well as to prevent various hazard factors from outside according to the characteristics of residents who use the space. |
