이 연구는 주민에게 가장 필요한 유비쿼터스 서비스를 대상으로 하여, 수요도와 구축방향을 파악한 것이다. 유비쿼터스라는 개념을 도시지역에 적용하기 위해서는 우선적으로 주민의 일상적 생활환경과 연계하여 고려해야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 도시를 영역적으로 나누고 각 생활권별로 U-서비스의 기능과 위계를 구분하여 배분할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 U-City에서 반드시 구현해야 할 생활밀착형 서비스의 구축방안을 모색하는 것이다. 첫째, 유비쿼터스 관련 이론검토와 선행 논의를 살펴봄으로써 생활권 차원에 적용할 수 있는 U-서비스의 종류를 규명한다. 둘째, 도출된 생활밀착형 서비스를 일반시민 대상으로 수요도를 파악한다. 셋째, 전문가 설문조사를 통해 생활권별 서비스의 구체적 구축방안을 제시한다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 일반인 설문조사의 결과 도시민에게 가장 수요도가 높은 서비스 분야는 거주민의 안전과 관련된 서비스 및 보건과 관련된 서비스이다. 둘째, 전문가 설문조사를 통한 구축방안으로서, 서비스 추진시기 설정은 ‘인적요인’,‘ 시간적요인’,‘ 기술적요인’,‘ 제도적요인’의고려를통해4단계로분류하였다. 생활권별 서비스의 선정에 관한 사항으로는 각 생활권의 특징과 관리적 효율성을 통해 4단계로 분류되어 구축해야함을 제시하였다. |

This paper investigates the actual demands and possible ways of developing ubiquitous services that are deemed most necessary to citizens. In applying the ideas of ubiquitous city, it is our primary concern to articulate a city into residential neighborhoods and distribute Uservices to each neighborhood according to their functions and hierarchy. The aim of this paper is to explore ways of developing lived U-services that must be embodied in ubiquitous cities. First, it specifies U-services that are applicable to residential neighborhoods through a review of theoretical backgrounds and previous studies. Second, it analyses the demands of ordinary citizens for derived U-services. Third, based on expertise questionnaire survey, it proposes a set of concrete ways of developing U-services in residential neighborhoods. The results can be summarized as follows: First, the questionnaire survey of ordinary citizens shows that U-services that are most required are health and safety. Second, the strategic timing for service provision can be classified into four levels according to‘ human factor’,‘ temporal factor’,‘ technical factor’, and‘ institutional factor’. It is also suggested that the definition of U-services for residential neighborhoods should be classified into four levels in such a way as to reflect the properties and managerial efficiency of each neighborhood. |
