The objective of this study is to suggest design method for reducing cooling load of office building with DSF. Energyplus simulation with airflow network is conducted to analyze on thermal, airflow condition and indoor cooling load of each alternative. The validation of simulation baseline is referenced by the methods and results of previous study entitled ‘An Analysis on Method and Applicability for Invigorating Airflow in Intermediate Space of Double Skin Facade during Cooling Season.(Sung et al., 2012)’. Using the simulation baseline of the previous study, natural ventilation and indoor cooling energy performance is analyzed by air temperature and total pressure according to opening and wind direction at upper part of DSF.
