본 연구는 도시 대표 경관의 공공조망점 선정에 있어 조망 만족도와 중요도에 영향을 미치는 평가요인을 파악하기 위한 연구로서,남산 르네상스 프로젝트에서 선정된 조망점을 대상으로 설문을 통해 연구되었다.기존 연구를 통해 조망점 선정기준 평가요인을 가시적 측면(방향성,개방성,경관성,가시성),공공적 측면(대표성,접근성,이용성,공공성),문화적 측면(역사성,문화성, 장소성,의미성)으로 도출하여 선택형 설문지를 구성하였으며,남산 르네상스 프로젝트에서 선정된 조망점 중 20개 장소를 선정하여 서울시민 성인 150명을 대상으로 본 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째,1990년대부터 현재까지 우리나라 도시경관계획에 있어 조망점 선정 경향은 시각적 측면이 약 45%,공공적 측면이 약 40%,문화적 측면이 약 15%로 물리적 측정이 가능한 시각적,공공적 측면의 평가요인 비중이 매우 컸다.둘째,일부 대상지에서 장소명 고지 전보다 후에 조망 만족도,중요도의 평균값이 크게 향상되었다.이는 시각적 측면의 평가요인 외 다른 측면인 문화적 측면의 평가요인이 조망 만족도와 중요도를 향상시킬 수 있다는 가정을 성립시킨 것으로,대응표본 T검정을 통해 이 가설을 검정하였다.셋째,다중 회귀 분석 결과,조망 만족도와 중요도에서 공통적으로 문화적 측면의 평가요인이 조망 만족도와 중요도에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 도시 공공조망점 선정 시,지금까지의 경관계획의 관행을 개선하여,정량적인 시각적 측면과 공공적 측면의 평가요인과 함께 문화적 측면의 평가요인도 함께 충분히 검토되어야만 할 것으로 생각된다. |

This study is to present the criteria for the viewing satisfaction and viewing importance in selecting public viewpoints of urban representative landscapes. We investigated the evaluation factors affecting viewing satisfaction and viewing importance on the selected viewpoints in the Nam-san project, through a questionnaire. In preceeding studies, we drew up three evaluation factors of the criteria of selecting viewpoints, a visual aspect (direction, openness, scenery and visuality), a public aspect (representativeness, accessibility, usability and publicness) and a cultural aspect (historicalness, culture, place and significance). A multiple-choice questionnaire was made based on the brought-up factors. We picked up 20 places out of the selected viewpoints in the Nam-san project and carried out a questionnaire on 150 adult citizens living in Seoul. The main finding of this study are as follows. First, since the 1990s, in selecting urban viewpoints in Korea, a visual aspect has been reflected 40%, a public one 40% and a cultural one 15%. This means the evaluation factors of visual and public ones that can be measured physically have been much more important. The second, at some designated places, the average amount of viewing satisfaction and importance was up considerably after the announcement of the places' name, compared to one before. This triggered the hypothesis that other aspects, besides a visual one, could improve viewing satisfaction and importance. And the hypothesis was examined with a paired sample t-test. The last, through a multiple regression analysis, the evaluation factors of a cultural aspect affected viewing satisfaction and importance the most. Therefore, in selecting urban public viewpoints, the cultural aspect should be considered much more than the visual aspect and public aspect that can be physically calculable and have so far been a trend in selecting viewpoints in urban landscape plans. |
