요약2	This study aims to ensure proper prioritization of urban planning measures for coping with climate change. To do this, this study categorize existing climate change-related urban planning measures with regard to the concept of climate resilience. After conducting a survey targeting 20 professionals in the field of urban planning and climate change to prioritize the urban planning options, based on this survey results, we can measure the relative degree of importance of each decision-making factor by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, on the first level of the hierarchical structure robustness (0.296) has the largest importance measure and recovery (0.208), response (0.199), resourcefulness (0.187), and redundancy (0.110) are followed in succession. On the third level, Expansion of the capacity of infrastructure based on the number of population to secure robustness shows the highest weight priority with 0.177 and Establishment of a pollutants-blocking system to secure recovery has the second highest weight with 0.121. This result can also contribute to establishing urban planning policies which are coping with climate change response and enhancing effectiveness of policy.
