In this study, we developed evaluation items and indicators for the development and management of sustainable and resilient city and analyzed their importance. The items and indicators were revised and supplemented based on UN Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs, goal 11: make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable). The 9 of items and 31 of indicators were deducted by focus group interview(FGI) and their relative weights were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) with experts survey. Among the items, importance of infrastructure, residence, and transportation were highly evaluated. As for the indicators, importance of public transportation ratio was the highest. In conclusion, plan factors that could make visible achievements (e.g., construction of infrastructures) or policy implementation, are significant for the development and management of sustainable and resilient city. Moreover, reduction of various social costs by increasing public transportation ratio could be a proper option for the goals. |
