본 논문은 몇 년 전부터 이슈화 되고 있는 지역재생, 그중에서도 이전적지를 활용한 도심재생사업이 주변의 지역재생에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 기존의 도시재생사업은 기계적인 개발논리와 도시계획 또는 건축 계획적 측면으로 강하게 접근하여 물리적 요소 외적인 요소인 문화?생태적 요소 및 주변과의 연계라는 측면에서 충분히 성찰되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문은 도시재생 중에서도 특히 이전적지를 활용한 도심공원의 계획요소를 충분히 이해하고, 주변에 미치는 영향을 비판적으로 고찰함으로써 환경설계적 전략과 더불어 지역재생관련 사업으로 인해 예측할 수 있는 주변 영향에 대비하는 실천적 전략을 제고하는 기초자료가 되고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 도시재생과 이전적지를 활용한 선형공원에 대한 개념을 논하고, 그를 통해 사례를 들여다 볼 수 있는 분석의 틀을 마련하였다. 그 사례로서 최근 완공되어 시민에게 개방된 경의선 숲길공원을 조성 구간별 또는 전체적으로 설계내용을 살펴보고, 주변과의 관계성을 분석하여 지역재생에 있어서 이전적지 환경계획의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. |

This study is aimed at investigating the effects of particularly urban regeneration project using relocation sites. among regional regeneration projects which have been become a issue since several years ago, on regeneration of surrounding areas. Existing urban regeneration project is not fully reflected in terms of cultural, ecological components and connection with surroundings which are physical elements and external elements, being strongly approached in terms of mechanical development rationale and urban planning or architectural planning. In this context, this study was conducted to be a basic data in order to enhance environmental design strategy of urban regeneration using relocation sites and practical strategy which prepares for effects of predictable surroundings by fully understanding the planning elements of especially the urban parks using relocation sites, among urban regenerations and considering critically the effects on surroundings. For this, we firstly discussed the concept of linear parks using urban regeneration and relocation sites and established a framework of analysis to look in the cases with the concept. As the case, Gyuongui Line Forest Park was selected which was recently completed and open to the citizens and this study had a purpose to provide implications of environmental plan of relocation sites on regional regeneration by investigating design details of each or whole section of the Park and analyzing the relationship with the surroundings. |
