한국토지주택공사에서는 기존 1ㆍ2기 신도시의 도시계획적 문제점과 한계를 극복하고자 『가로공간 중심 공유도시』 조성이라는 목표와 새로운 계획수법인 ‘도시건축통합계획’?? 적용을 3기신도시에서 추진하고 있다.?? 이를 위해 3기 신도시 중 부천 대장지구에 대한 국제공모가 진행되어 『Open?? Fields?? City?? :?? 고립된 들판에서 공생의 도시로』라는 설계안이 당선되었다.?? 당선작은대상지가 간직하고 있는 원지형의 생태적 가치를 존중하고 자연 속에서 삶,?? 놀이,?? 일이 공존하는 복합도시로서 주변지역과 동반성장하는 공생도시를 제안하였다.?? 또한 ‘보행자 중심의 걷고싶은 도시’,?? ‘입체적 용도복합에 의한 자족도시’,?? ‘포스트 코로나 시대를 고려한 건강도시’,?? ‘자연에 순응한 지속가능한 도시’,?? ‘다양한 풍경을 만들어내는 경관도시’?? 등을 주요 개념으로 수변특화도시를 제안하여 차별화된 대장지구 만의 풍경을 만들고자 하였다.?? 본 연구는 3기 신도시중 마지막으로 설계공모가 진행된 부천 대장지구 당선작을 대상으로 계획수립과정에서 기존 3 기 신도시와 차별화하기 위해 도출한 설계적 특성을 살펴보고,?? 향후 ‘도시건축통합계획’의 발전적 방향과 연구과제를 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. |

In order to overcome the urban planning problems and limitations of the existing 1st and 2nd generation new towns, LH has proposed a “Sharing City in the center of the street space” and employed the “Integrated Urban and Architectural Masterplan” as a new planning method. The master plan titled “Open Fields City : City of symbiosis in an isolated field” proposes a city that respects the ecological value of the original topography of Daejang district in Bucheon-si and coexists symbiotic relationship of the surrounding area where life, play, and work coexist in nature. It also aimed to create a distinctive landscape by proposing a waterfront-specialized city with the main concepts of Walking City, Self-sufficient City by Multidimensional Use Complex, Healthy City Considering Post-Corona Era, Sustainable City Adapted to Nature, and Landscape City. The purpose of this study is to introduce the distinctive planning characteristics derived from the design process for the last design contest among the 3rd generation new town, and to convey directions and limitations for the improvement of the “Integrated Urban and Architectural Masterplan” |
