The main objective of this study is to investigate the general status of Youth Commuity Center for the desing guideline, and then, to analyze field surveying data for the identifiction of current problems in Youth Community Center in Seoul, and after, to provide the solution of those problems.I would like to recommend following solutions for the improvement of Youth Community Center according to the analysis of field surveying data in this study. Floor area of the facitity is recommended to be more than 2,000 pyeong to satisfy the original concept of Youth Community Center referd in this study. Regarding usage ratio of each section, it is recommended to adjust floor ratio to Cultural section 4%, Education and Training section 23%, Social and Health section 31%, and etc. 32%. It is recommended to adjust each room and to procure the facility according to those funtion like shown in this study. |
