요약1	Productivity improvement is critical for any company in any industry to survive in the tough industrial markets. This is also true in the construction industry. Unfortunately, however, the studies on the construction productivity have been verylimited in our construction industry. In the first stage instudying construction productivity, its concept should be defined to evaluate construction work performance which is one of the most important elements to construction companies. To improve productivity, company investment should followbased on that concept. Analysis of factors influencing construction productivity help companies learn where and how to start their investment or productivity improvementeffort. Removing the adverse factors on productivity will pull up the level of productivity up to the standard level. Investment on the improving factors will allow more advanced improvement in productivity.
