뒤로 원문보기 | 미리보기 [ 원문보기시 소비되는 포인트 : 100 포인트 ] 논문명 공간구문론을 사용한 국내 아파트 단위주호 평면의 시계열적 분석 / 수도권 4LDK 아파트 단위주호 평면계획을 중심으로 / A Diachronic Analysis of the Unit Plan Changes in the Context of Space Syntax Model for the 4LDK Apartment Unit Plans in Metropolitan Seoul A 저자명 최재필 발행사 대한건축학회 수록사항 대한건축학회 논문집, v.12 n.7 (1996-07) 페이지 시작페이지(15) 총페이지(14) ISSN 12251674 주제분류 계획및설계 요약1 주거단지에서의 보차분리방식은 거주민의 만족도와 외부공간의 이용형태에 영향을 주는 중요한 계획요소이다. 본 연구는 보차공존도로방식으로 계획된 주거단지와 기존의 대표적인 보차분리 유형을 갖고 있는 주거단지를 비교평가함으로써 보차공존도로의 도입가능성을 검증하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하여 일산동아파트(보차혼용형), 일산삼성아파트(보차분리형),마포삼성아파트(보차공존형)등의 3개단지를 조사분석하였다. 그결과 보차공존도로가 거주민의 만족도가 가장 높고 이용자가 가장 많아 활성화되어 있어 보행자의 안전성을 보완하면 가로활력과 야간방범에 기여할 수 있는 긍정적인 도로체계임이 입증되어 보차공존도로의 도입타당성을 검증하게 되었다. 요약2 This paper deals with changes found in the unit floor plans of the apartments built in Seoul Metropolitan area from 1960s to 1990s. It is generally agreed that apartment housing which is totally new to the Korean society has been successfully established as a major type of housing in Korea during the last three decades. In this paper, the reasons behind this success are investigate with the assumption that the unit floor plan changes have happened in order to swiftly correxpond to the changes of thelifestyle occurred in last three decades. The changes in the unit floor plans are analyzed using Space Syntax model and compared to the lifestyle and societal changes in Korea. The results showed that the changes in unit floor plans as represented by those of spatial of the major spaces in the Korean apartment units actually reflect the socio-cultural changes in the contemporary Korea.
