Key concept of the proposed procedure is to perform 3 steps evaluation which is composed of 1) regional climatic analysis, 2) sensitivity analysis of key variables on typical day of each season and 3) fine tuning evaluation of optimal system configuration using hourly annual performance simulation. All steps are based on finding annual optimal range or values to meet the need of both seasons with confining the number of simulations depending on the evaluation result of previous step.
