요약1	본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의식으로 조사에 의해 생산시스템의 특질을 명확히 하고 그 안에서의 공사관리 실태를 파악함으로써 단순한 새로운 관리기법의 개발이 아닌 기존의 문제점에 입각한 이를 해소할 수 있는 방법으로서의 공사관리의 적정화 방법을 고찰하는 기초자료로 하고자 한다.
요약2	As the increase of the social demands for tall buildings, techniques and building materials for the construction are improved and the construction system becomes very complicated by the increase of worker. The method of construction management, however, depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager and many unreasonable elements. In particular, the unreasonable elements in construction management impede well-going construction process. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to create a new system of construction management that is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristics of production system and the present conditions of construction management were investigated with the field survey. The new method of construction management that can clear the previous problems was proposed.
