요약1	본 연구는 건설 생산성 향상을 위한 기초적인 노력의 일환으로, 건축공사의 생산성 저하요인에 대한 분류체계의 확립 및 주요요인을 도출하고 이 요인들의 발생빈도 및 생산성 저하에 미치는 영향도를 분석하며 이에 대한 기초적인 실무대책을 제시함을 목적으로 한다.
요약2	In order to ensure the competitive power and the stable growth of an enterprise, it is essential to improve productivity. However, the study on the productivity in construction section is insufficient until now. To promote efficiency of productivity improvement in building construction, in the first place, the study must be concentrated on the more effective factors. The point of this study, as a part of basic efforts for construction productivity improvement, is to provide breakdown structure of the factors and primary factors decreasing construction productivity. Also, this study includes frequency of occurrence and degree of influence on the primary factors decreasing productivity in building construction, and practical counterplans of on-site managers.
