최근 건설공사는 복잡화, 거대화, 전문화 등으로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 정보기술(IT)의 급속한 발전, 다양한 소비자(발주자, 협력업자 등)들의 욕구, 경쟁심화, 생산성 향상은 우리나라 건설산업계가 인식하여야 할 중요한 요소들이다. 따라서 최근에 대두되고 있는 지식관리(KM)는 전 세계적으로 지식경영이라는 이름아래 기업의 생존전략 중 하나로 급부상하고 있다. 그러나 국내 건설기업은 지식관리를 위한 지식인자(지식영역, 지식제공자, 지식항목 등)의 발굴은 물론 지식관리의 대상이나 규명이 미흡하다. 따라서 건설기업은 지식관리의 성공을 위하여 관리해야 할 지식영역을 규정하고, 규정된 영역을 체계적으로 분석하여 지식항목을 규명하고, 규명된 지식항목을 기준으로 핵심지식을 발굴하여 지식관리의 가치가 될 수 있는 항목을 선별하여 지식관리의 대상으로 만들어야 한다.
본 연구는 지식관리를 위한 이론 및 기술적인 부분과 도급계약서(내역서)를 기준으로 편성하는 실행예산편성 업무 및 프로세스 등의 건설부분을 대상으로 분석하여 관련 데이터, 정보, 지식 등을 발굴, 규명하여 실행예산편성 핵심지식을 체계적으로 분류하는 연구로 나누어 진행하였다. 또한 본 연구의 목적은 원가관리(Cost control)측면에서 중요하게 인식되어 있는 실행예산편성을 중심으로 핵심지식을 발굴하고, 핵심지식 관리를 위한 지식분류체계, 지식지도 등을 개발하는 데 있다. |

Most of the domestic construction companies are lacking in identifying the targets of Knowledge Management, let alone excavating knowledge factors such as sphere of knowledge, provider of knowledge and knowledge items for management of knowledge. Under such circumstances, construction companies should select the items worth Knowledge Management and determine targets of Knowledge Management, after first defining the sphere of Knowledge Management, analyzing systematically the defined sphere to identify knowledge items and excavating the core knowledge on the basis of the identified knowledge items. With respect to the scope and method of this study, the theories and technical areas for Knowledge Management, and the drawing up of the predetermined budgets based on the document of subcontract(Bill of Quantity), and construction areas such as processes were analyzed first, and then the core knowledge for drawing up the predetermined budgets were systematically classified by excavating and identifying the relevant data, information and knowledge. The purpose of this study is to excavate the core knowledge regarding the drawing up of the predetermined budgets recognized to be important for cost control and to develop the knowledge classification systems and knowledge map for control of the core knowledge. |
