This paper aims to offer the basic source for setting a principle and a standard that set a expense objects and a limits in infrastructure development. This study carries out using the actual proof data related to the residential development district in the Seoul metropolitan area. The Infrastructure development expense in the residential development district continued to pay for progressing the project. The classification of these styles can be summarized as follows. First, the needs of local government and the contribution demand in the approval phase. Second, collecting the allotment that does not have standard. Finally, the method of a project process and a preventive measure from unplanned development can be showed as follows. First, setting a new principle and standard. Second, the previous notice of the Infrastructure development expense. Third, the induction of development impact fees. |
