This paper reports some of the findings from a two-year study into space crime and urban space configuration, that could reveal the mechanism of the relationship between the configurational factors and space crime in a metropolitan city. The space related variables were examined to find out possible links with the patterns of space crime in six separate areas within the city. The total number of crime sites was 714 and they were examined with the spatial factors. Among the space crime sites, movement flow rates of pedes Fishing Port Infra-structure, Regional Economic Impact, Regional I/O Modeltrians and vehicular in 453 points were recorded and analysed with the space crime rates.
