본 연구는 공동주택 마감재의 수선주기설정에 관한 연구로써 우선 수선주기 설정에 이해를 돕기 위하여 일본의 주택생산시스템인 CHS(Century Housing System)구법과 Paul Lukez의 개념을 통하여 이론을 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 사례분석을 통한 수선주기의 검토로 주기설정의 지표를 설정 및 이에 따른 제안을 하고자한다. 공동주택의 보수에 따른 주기발생에 있어서 차이를 가질 때 수선시기의 결정에서 문제가 발생할 수 있으므로 수선주기를 검토하여 체계적인 LCC(Life cycle cost)를 고려한 수선계획이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 다종 다량의 마감재가 공동주택에서 노후화도에 따라 수명연한을 고려하여 수선이 이루어져야하는데 이를 위해서는 아래와 같은 접근 방식을 제안 할 수 있다. ??(1) 마감재의 수명연한 표시제 도입 ??(2) 입주자의 마감재 설계참여 |

In this study, Remodeling period for durability of finished materials and equipped materials in apartment building were studied. ??First, To help comprehension of remodeling period by durability, Japan's house production system 『CHS (Century Housing System)』and Paul Lukez theoretical studying do. ??Second, Did comparative analysis of durability by 3 case-study. Durability of the finished and equipped materials were analyzed as dissimilar to the durability standard to one another. Therefore, at Remodeling period, need following standard. ??-To introduce life period of finished materials and equipped materials indicating system. ??-Introduction of the Making system for finished materials and equipped material's durability period. ??Focusing with these solutions of obstacles, housing component activating plans are suggested, and the specific activating plans are suggested as approaching methods of 2 steps referred to solution of domestic problems and the developed countries` housing components developing process. |
