장애인직업전문학교의 건축방향을 수립하는데 기초적 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 국내와 일본의 장애인직업전문학교의 발전 방향과 사례별 건축 특성을 비교·분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다.?? 첫째, 장애인 인구수와 장애인직업전문학교의 정원을 비교한 결과, 장애인에 대한 학생 수용능력은 국내보다 일본이 2배 정도이다. 둘째, 장애인직업전문학교의 공간구성을 직업훈련, 지원, 생활, 후생복지, 스포츠 공간으로 세부적으로 분류하였으며, 이용자와 관리운영자의 동선관계, 기능별 공간구성의 연계성, 공간상호의 위치관계, 공간형태, 면적 등을 근거로 건물배치, 평면구성과 세부공간별 유형을 분류하고 각각의 특성을 제시하였다. 셋째, 국내와 일본의 사례별 대지면적, 연면적, 세부면적을 비교, 분석하여 공간구성에 따른 면적특성을 제시하였다. |

This author made comparison and analysis on the direction of development of vocation training facilities in Korea and Japan and its architectural characteristics in order to use it as basic data for establishing direction for construction of vocational training facilities for the disabled. And in consequence the following conclusion was drawn: First, this author made detailed sectioning of space for vocational training facilities on the basis of space for vocational training, support, living, welfare and benefit and sports. Further this author classified lay out of buildings, composition of plane and patterns according to specified space on the basis of route of mobility between the user and operator/manager, composition of functional space, relationship of location among different space, forms of space and area etc. and then proposed for its specific characteristics. second, this author made comparison and analysis of area of land, gross area, specified area according to different cases in Korea and Japan and then presented characteristics of area on the basis of composition of space. |
