요약1	본 연구에서는 건설 기업의 규모에 따라 균형성과표의 각 관점별 성과측정 지표에 대한 가중치가 어떻게 달라지는가에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 분석을 통하여, 기업들의 성과측정 지표에 대한 가중치 결정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
요약2	Qualitative management structure of construction companies in Korea are relatively inadequate in comparison with quantitative growth. To improve qualitative management structure, we need to make impartial performance measurement system which arouse participants responds. It is important to select and decide performance measurement index to company and participants. And it is also important to take the weights. For that, we figure out the weights of performance measurement index with BSC(Balanced Score Card). To find out the characteristics of the weights which was classified according to size of the construction company, we analyse and compare with each weights. The result of this paper will contribute to operate performance measurement system that make raise efficiency and maximize the performance of companies.
