입체도시계획에 앞서 국내서는 입체도로제도 도입으로 도로교통문제 해결을 위해 연구한바 있다.1) 입체도시계획은 입체도로 뿐만 아니라 전반적인 도시계획시설물과 다른 시설 등의 입체화 방안에 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 도시시설의 입체화는 무분별한 도시개발과 확장을 막고 제도화를 통해 장기적인 계획과 주택, 교통, 환경문제 등을 보다 효과적으로 해결할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 입체도시계획의 관련 제도와 입체적 적용 사례 등을 통해 입체적 도시계획에 관한 현황을 살펴보고, 국내에서의 적용 가능성을 검토하는 것이 목적이다. |

This study of purpose is application possiblity through Muti-Dimentional Land use Planning of examples and present situation.Today, city have been occurred on account of the unbalanced supply and demand from skyrocketed land prices. Meantime, such attempts as high- rise commercial building, apartment houses, elevated railways, high level roads, underground subways and arcades represent have been done to solve the problem.In conclusion, in other to meet the increasing socioeconomic need of a three-dimensional multi-purposeful use of land in our country. Neverthless, such an advanced concept of land-use has not been materialized in Korea due to the lack of legal, institutional mechanisms as well as our people's conservative view of land ownership.Therefore in order to applicate of muti-dimentional land use planning, enaction of a law governing the use and development of air and overground (underground) space should be required. by air-right, TDR and division-surface right. |
