Because the financial balance of national properties of governmental offices and departments has been in deficit.This study focuses on postal administration business which faces the financial crisis. The purpose of our study is to show devices for value improvement of postal administration business headquarters of Ministry of Information and Communication. Research was based on case researches and domestic post offices which were decided to rebuild. Problems of domestic postal administration business were first found out.
