The past, The duty establishment of lower regions of apartment housing was risen the first floor from surface. Thus, The movement of handicapped brought about inconvenience.
The handicapped was offered convenient Facilities by the Welfare Law for the handicapped in 1989. The exterior ramp was appeared for handicapped in 1993. but, because short of a care for the building inside, there is not enough a relation to a apartment unit. As a result, Not that convenient facilities is not a thing for handicapped but that it's specified in the law, so there is indisposition to traffic line relation.
This research examines with link of traffic line from entrance to unit as research about convenient facilities of apartment housing for the handicapped. Thus, This research is going to offer to the subject matter of the consider when Someone has a building plan after understanding of the present condition of convenient facilities in reference to synchronism and classified by the dimension of apartment unit and making an investigation into handicapped satisfaction measurement. |
