요약1	본 연구에서는 현재까지 연구개발된 두부정리 자동화 장비 프로토타입의 실험 결과를 바탕으로 도출된 기술적 문제점을 해결하고, 국내 공동주택 파일공사 시방기준에 적합한 PHC 파일 그라인딩 및 파쇄 작업을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 두부정리 자동화 장비를 개발하고자 한다. 또한 개발된 PHC 파일 두부정리 자동화 장비를 현장 실험함으로써 재래식 방식과 비교한 개발 자동화 장비의 성능과 현장 적용성 검토 결과를 제시하고자 한다.
요약2	Recently, an automated PHC pile head cutting and crushing machine has been developed in domestic construction industry. Automating PHC pile head cutting and crushing work can improve safety, productivity and quality, and reduce construction costs as well. However, the results of laboratory tests of pilot type and prototype of the developed automated machine reveal that they have several problems such as the durability of disk frame, the decrease of cutting and crushing speed, and the difficulty in inserting the automated machine into PHC pile. The primary objective of this study is to propose a PHC pile head cutting and crushing machine, which can meet the field requirements and the standard specification related to PHC pile head cutting and crushing work, based on the previous research and development efforts. This study mainly illustrates the results of laboratory and field tests of the suggested PHC pile head cutting and crushing machine. Future research works required for developing its commercialization model are also presented in this paper.
