This paper aims to clarify the formation and transformation of railroad tied residence in the SamrangJin of Milyang city, Korea. As a result, we clarified the characteristic that transformation of living space by Korean living style. An appearance of ‘MADANG’ and living room are affected by transformation of the position of entrance, and linked together transformation of circulation. Appearance of transformation is start from reconstruction of ‘TATAMI room’. In particular, transformations are conspicuous of toilet, kitchen and living room. We check up the keynote of expansion for interior and exterior space. With the consequence that we check up that moving line is composed of three stand spaces (Entrance, MADANG, Living Room). In this study we found out the composite shapes of Japanese living style and Korean living style. |
