In addition, the deterioration phenomenon would be appeared by an environmental factors such as geographically natural conditions of the building location and the type of a building use. If an efficient management would be conducted from the dwelling time, the dwelling comfort could be given to the use of occupant’s space, and therefore the physical and economic waste can be mitigated. The systematic maintenance can finally be a desirable technique to make the housing lifetime long.
