It is heat driven cycle which has high potential for the use of low energy density such as the heat of district heating in summer season. Numerical program is developed for showing strongly coupled and non-linear phenomena of desiccant rotor, the most crucial element of the system. And system simulation for desiccant cooling is conducted on the base operating conditions at a fixed regeneration temperature of 60℃, NTU=10 of desiccant rotor, 0.8 of the effectiveness of sensible heat exchanger and regenerative evaporative cooler, respectively. The system performance is evaluated by cooling capacity and COP, and the sensitivity of each component in system is examined.
