공기단축을 위한 초고층 건물의 골조공사에 적용한 빠르고 효율적이며 대표적인 공법은 철골공사에 N공법과 미국식공법, 코어공사에 골조선행공법(ACS Form), 기둥공사에 CFT공법 등이 있다. 특히 철골 N공법은 타워팰리스 등에 적용하여 골조공사 층당 3일 사이클 공정 달성에 기여하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 골조공사 층당 3일 사이클 공정 달성에 기여하였으며, 그리고 철골공사의 최적화를 꾀하였고, V.E개선, 공기단축, 원가절감, 무재해 달성, 현장 품질관리 극대화 등을 달성하는데 기여한 철골공사 N공법과 미국식공법을 동시에 적용한 시공사례를 분석, 연구하여 차후 초고층 유사 Project 적용 시 도움이 되었으면 한다. |

To shorten a time of the construction, the construction methods should minimize the building cycles of one floor and make a zoning in the plane. Therefore, the methods should be reasonable and efficient. The representative methods are the N method and the American installation method to steel structure, the CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tube) to column system and the ACS(Automatic Climbing System) Form to core wall. Especially, the N method and the American installation method contributed for shortening a time of the construction in Tower Palace and other project also. The N method and the American installation method made these achievement happen such as the VE improvement, the shortening a time of the construction, the cost reduction, the no-accident completion and the efficient quality-management. The Purpose of this paper is to propose a good case study ,which is studied and analyzed, and help to the next similar high-rise building project. |
