In this case, most of land ower usually receive money in exchange for his land. Traditional practice of giving money for land compensation is one of main causes that threaten the stability of real estate markets. This paper is to explore various compensation methods instead of traditional one and we will present two alternatives. One is land compensation and the other one is realestate fund. In order to verify the effectiveness of our alternatives, case study and literature review of in this field was adopted.The analysis of case study shows that more stable investment environment can be a successful instruments to induce more land compensation alternatives and in each public development districts, realestate fund is also a competitive ones instead of money compensation.
