The purpose of this study is to consider the connection method among environment friendly method, urban and architectural method for the flood damage mitigation in the field of urban disaster management plan. For this, the government publications and research papers for disaster management plan were analyzed. According to the results, none the less urban plan such as land-use planning, water-sensitive urban design, waterfront planning and best management practices, and architectural plan such as afforestation, eco-friendly paving and water-recycling facilities installation have effect on the flood damage mitigation and Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development, these methods have defect that are useful for long-term and indirect view-point. |
