The purpose of this study is to grasp the types and characteristics of shops and stores for the Seongangil’s shopping mall, traditional markets, and stores in Seongan-Dong area of Cheongju City. For that, we research into the present condition for each commercial places of Seongan-Dong area. Then we investigate the distribution density and type of shops and stores in each commercial place. As the result of this study, we could find that the shopping mall, traditional market streets have respectively 22.24, 23.41 shops per 100m in shop distribution density and average 6.52, 5.38m in shop width of 1st. floor level. And so the stores have 25.43 shops per 100m and 4.0m shop width in the whole area. There are so many dresses and ornaments in the type of shops and stores. The Seongangil’s shopping mall has 45.14%P on only 1st. floor level, the stores have 94%P on main floors, and traditional markets have uniformly 30.02%P on 1st. floor level. |
