Building user requires new space that there does not exist according to change of age, and uncertain national security surrounding requires move, dissolution, enlargement of a building. But, plan in the meantime put to solve urgent problem rather than consider this characteristic so could not reflect this characteristic properly. The military decide to apply "Modular construction method" in unit which transfer need is expected by national security environment change and can correspond in this characteristic. But this is leaning against in temporary building characteristic, enough discussion in user side is nothing. This study target "The barrack evolve with user". It grasp problem through analysis standard plan in the meantime. and grasp user characteristic by observation and method of question.
