Former Prison has played as a execution of cruel punishment and the custody facilities. But, today, there is changed to the prisoner's treatment and education facilities. It ensures the personal right and decreases the second offence rate. However, correctional institution has been focused on custody. That is, they haven't reflected a request of the modern society and there is existing as a hatred facility which couldn't follow the urbanization of social environment. So, this study proposes the correctional institution to locate inside of the city through analysis of the boundary from inside and outside. Breaking the boundary by using this analysis can make open community and magnify the community space with the local residents.
