And because Architect Laws should be applied according to the building's use and size. Building Use Classification Systems are very important for the application of Architect Law. However, present Building Use Classification System was regulated not only in Architect Law but also in Individual Law. It has brought into confusions to apply those laws. So this study will research on the Builing Use Classification in Individual Law.
