The word ”landscape” appeared on contemporary architecture is no more a concept of a landscape simply. It can be accepted as a meaning of a conceptual tool for an architectural strategy related to its circumstance, not as a general meaning limited to a scene or gardening and a single building in the past. On other words, it can be an attempt to establish a method to link an architecture to its surrounding, neither as a concept to appear a scene or rural landscape in the past way nor as a dichotomy to define a construction being built and its background. In the contemporary architecture, with a concept “landscape architecture”, many attempts to break down a boundary between a city and nature for fulfilling big-scaled projects are getting appeared and those are explained referencing the word “landscape architecture”. In spite of the appearance of the concept for “landscape architecture” and its interesting, the study on it is still incomplete and in a statement of being recognized only as a being similarity to a shape of a land and an extension of an artificial land. Therefore, this study aims to plan a natural historic museum based on the new methodology ,“ landscape architecture”, with analyzing cases that the feature of “landscape architecture” are applied to them and setting up a site which is possible to apply an architectural concept based on that features above. |
