The present study purposed to apply 80MPa high?strength concrete for 30?story and 60?story outriggers at the construction site of the 1st World at the Song?do Island. The volume of concrete consumed at the site was 14,000㎥, which is larger than the volume of 80MPa high?strength concrete consumed at construction sites in Japan in 2006.For the mass production of 80MPa high?strength concrete and the convey of the concrete to over 2,500m high floors, we evaluated the fluidity of the concrete and its basic physical properties such as compressive strength, creep, drying shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage in the laboratory, and conducted field B/P experiment.In addition, we installed manometers on the concrete conveying pipe at the site and measured pressure during concrete pumping. Through these procedures, we collected basic data on the volume of placement per hour to be used in the construction of high?rise buildings with 80MPa high?strength concrete. |
