요약1	본 연구에서는 수량산출기반의 건설공사 프로젝트 비용 영향요인에 따른 가장 적합한 코스트 모델방안을 제시하여 발주자, 설계자관점에서 비용과 디자인을 고려한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 비용모델을 제시하고자 한다.
요약2	Cost and the period of construction are the most important factors to be considered for success of a project. The cost of construction at the early design stage is estimated in terms of the approximate by the gross floor area. When applying the approximate estimating method (per pyeong or square meter), it is required to know whether design plan factors and elementals of work affecting factors in accordance with the construction characteristics are being considered. For this, a cost planning guide or a cost model where cost-affecting factors can be applied with a relative perspective depending on the characteristics of a construction project should be studied first. Therefore, the most appropriate cost model in accordance with cost affecting factors (this factor is standard methods of measurement) of a construction project is presented in the paper, supporting decision-making in consideration of cost and design from the perspective of the owner and designer, respectively.
