However the construction industry has long been suffering problems such as little cooperation, limited trust, and ineffective communications often resulting in an adversarial relationship amongst all project stake-holders and thus inducing poor project implementation in terms of time, cost, and quality. Today, the boundaries between construction industry and other general industries are collapsing and the amount of private investment exceeds that of public investment, therefore construction industry has become more competitive. These kind of various factors enhance the importance of construction business management. Now according to the connection of business steps is an impossible thing business by management of the constructions management rule, it is hard to turn systemic business management. It brings heavy loss.This study and analysis handling the domestic environment variation and flow of the construction market.
