본 연구는 국내에서 내화구조로 인정된 내화도료 시스템을 대상으로 2년 동안 옥내?외 폭로 실험을 실시하고 폭로후의 내화성능 및 내구성 실험결과를 근거로 국내 실정에 적합한 내화도료의 내구성 목표수준 및 적정한 평가방법을 수립하고자 하며, 이를 위하여 실험체 제작 초기 및 제작후 6개월 경과시를 대상으로 내화도료의 성능실험을 실시하여 전체 연구에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. |

Applying fire resistive coating to steel members is one of the general methods to secure fire resistance performance of steel members. And intumescent coating system is currently one of methods giving fire resistance to steel members.Intumescent coating system for fire resistance, however, has undesirable weaknesses that fire resistance performance of steel members is being deteriorated due to cracks and falling-offs of the coverings as time goes after completion of the coverings to the members. So it is necessary to understand changes of the fire resistance performance and durability of the intumescent coating system over a time elapse and to reflect such change properly into the building design and construction.This study is designed to understand changes in durability of intumescent coating system through follow-up tests on temperature of unexposed surface and bond strength for the domestic intumescent coating system. |
