요약1	본 연구는 철골공사 프로젝트 조달관리에 대한 프로세스 분석과 현장 실무자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 공정과 조달관리의 연관성을 규명하고 더불어 공정에 영향을 미치는 핵심 조달관리 요소의 도출 및 영향수준 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다.
요약2	In construction projects, procurement expense constitutes around 50∼70% of the total construction cost. Accordingly, operating efficient procurement system is critical to a project success considering the impact of outsourcing management. However, procurement management has received limited attention from both academia and industry practitioners compared with other management fields due to such matters as incorrect information, integration problems of scheduling and cost, the availability of actual data and so on. Research processes and methodologies are summarized below.First, information generated from the steel frame erection works was systematically classified then general work process model was proposed from a procurement management's perspective. Second, questionnaire survey was conducted to those who have experienced steel frame erection works, and then respondents' responses were analyzed utilizing statistical tools. Third, factors that may impact scheduling were used as an input in the actual schedule to measure the level of impact on scheduling.Analyses results indicated that the most important stage in procurement management is planning. However, the level of impact on the schedule was highest in delivery and stacking stages. Other research findings and implications drawn from the analyses were also detailed.
