요약1	본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 주로 시공되는 타입의 초고층 RC 건물 실측 및 FE 해석과 결과의 비교를 통하여 RC 고층건물에 대한 기존 FE 해석모델의 수정을 실시함으로써 고유진동수 예측 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
요약2	Dynamic properties is quite important in structural design of large-scale structures such as tall buildings. It is because wind-induced responses for tall buildings are evaluated using the dynamic properties such as natural frequencies and damping ratios. Although computational analysis method used in deriving natural frequencies has been remarkably well developed, it is generally reported that measured natural frequencies show some discrepancies with analyzed results especially for building structures. To investigate such discrepancies, a full-scale measurement of a tall residential building was performed when typhoon, Man-yi hit Pusan area. Using field measurement data, natural frequencies and damping ratios of the building were evaluated. The measured dynamic properties were compared with the results of the FE analysis and a damping predictor, respectively. Based on the comparison results, a guidance for FE analysis of RC buildings was tentatively proposed and some future studies were suggested.
