The Urbanscape law was enacted in 2007 and many municipal governments are recently propelling policies for management of townscape. However, there is not enough study on urbanscape control system and not so much experiences of urbanscape management in municipal government. It would cause diverse problems if politics for management of townscape are propelled with unawareness of the condition of urbanscape control system.
