In order to do this, this study surveyed the satisfaction and using behaviors of 38 public fitness facilities’users in Seoul. Following are the findings of this study. First, the facility should be located in the place supported by the high population density because it improves the accessibility of the users to the facility. In terms of this, this study identifies the importance of users’walking accessibility in the location of the facility. The good walking accessibility would shorten trip time to the facility and encourage the users to attend the facility. Second, this study identifies the importance of the operation of shuttle buses. It may contribute to raising the equity of the facility.
