But the defection of waterproof work is occurred by many factors during design and construction of waterproof phase. Repairment cost of waterproof work is higher than other construction work. Especially, Surroundings and other factors are more important than material factors. Therefor, we have need of knowing factors and defection of waterproof work. And then if we have to manage it well, the proportion of waterproof defection and replacement/repairment cost will be lower.
