Recently, the housing market in India has been showing high growth ratios due to the policy to reinforce the attraction of foreigners' investments and steady increases of the middle-class. Especially, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore are the cities with dense population where high-rise apartments have been developed and the demands for them are steadily increasing. this study is to compare between apartment unit plan in India that are emerging as a new market and the apartment units in Korea. in order to analyze differences in unit plans and hammer out the natural environmental factors and social cultural differences affecting them. This study focused on the influence of abovementioned culture on India apartment. It is objectively analyzed LDK type, zoning, privacy, opening and shape of flat by the drawings collected in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. |
