As we enter the Digital Age of 21st century, the quality of life has improved and the need for continuing education, sports and culture for the residents have increased. And in order to achieve "open education society and continuing education society", the education have undergone various education reforms and the policy reforms for education establishment facilities are focusing on diversification and mixed-use of education facilities. This study, as one of the suggestions to satisfy the needs of the society and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities as stated above, has the mixed-use of educational facilities and the regional facilities as the ultimate objective. By focusing on the physical space for the mixed-use of educational facility to execute the roles of the educational establishment actively and efficiently, the objective is to suggest the development directions of the mixed-use methodology on which functions to combine and by how much, when the mixed-use plan for education establishment plan is drafted. |
